For monitoring and reducing flying pests
The non-toxic, efficient sticky traps with yellow attractant colour are used to monitor and reduce infestations of fungus gnats, whiteflies, cicadas, leafminers and winged aphids in greenhouses, conservatories, houseplants and outdoors.
Application:
The yellow trap, which is glued on both sides, should be hung in the plant in an easily accessible place. Regular monitoring provides information about the initial appearance of the pests or the effect of the plant protection measures that have been introduced.
Like all sticky traps, the yellow traps are only suitable for monitoring, but not for complete control of a pest infestation.
Infestations of fungus gnats, whiteflies, cicadas, leaf miners and winged aphids can be controlled with the following biological pesticides and beneficial insects:
- Fungus gnat larvae: Solbac-Tabs, Traunem (nematodes)
- Whiteflies: NeemAzal®-T/S, houseplant spray
- Miner flies: NeemAzal®-T/S
- Aphids: Natural, NeemAzal®-T/S, Houseplant-Sprayl
- Seeds: NeemAzal®-T/S
