Can you return purchased plants? No.
Plants are living beings. Therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged. Dried plants and beneficial insects are also excluded from returns. Guarantee cases are excluded (see âWarrantyâ).
Can you return plant accessories and merchandise? Yes.
We carefully select the best plant care products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused (unworn) and undamaged accessories within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact david@plantingwithdavid.com with your request.
If you are entitled to a refund or other credits (see "Guarantee"), these credits will be credited and can be used for purchases at plantingwithdavid.ch within one year. After this period, the credit expires.
